Royal Conservatory - Piano Wall Hanging

What do you do when you want to hang a 9' Concert Grand Piano weighing about 1000 pounds and hang it on a wall like a picture over 8 feet in the air?

This was a challenging one of a kind piano moving job for Braymore.  It required a lot of thinking outside of the box to figure a way to lift it up, line it up and hang it with little room to work.  We had to design a custom skid to prop and hold the piano in a hanging position while we moved it into place.  What you are not seeing in the picture is that the floor we are working on is really a balcony looking down onto a lower level. Hense the railing, narrow asle and floor weight capacities to consider.

In the next couple picture you will see us prepping the piano and testing it at our warehouse.
