The service provide by Braymore is top notch. Excellent service, friendly
knowledgeable staff and at a reasonable price for what they do. They moved over
1300lbs of high-end appliances (including a 700lbs fridge) safely into my house.
Their service comes highly recommended from me and I would not hesitate using
their service again in the future.

Further to our discussion on Monday March 20th, I would like to thank you again
for your attention and follow-up in connection with the delivery of a Robert
Idol table purchased from Rick Duggan at Lane Home Furnishings to my condo at
(home address removed).
As stated earlier, I have had many deliveries over the years from supposedly
reputable companies. Your Braymore service men, Bobby and Stewart, attended at
my condo on March 20th to deliver and set up the said furniture. Both of these
young men were extremely polite, took pride in their work and were most
respectful of the suite itself and the rules of conduct of the condo building.
They checked that the table was secure and level on my hardwood floor and took
care that no garbage or other material to be discarded was left at my property.
People are quick to complain when service is not up to par (as a lawyer I can
certainly confirm that fact) so I thought I would take a moment to let you know
that your employees did a super job and, as Rick and his staff at Lane are
aware, since I am only just beginning to furnish my condo (and my Mum has
recently moved to an unfurnished house in Lorne Park) you can be assured that
you and your staff will be utilized again. Please pass along my appreciation to
Bobby and Stewart. Thank you for your fabulous service. I shall recommend your
team whenever I can.

Braymore Delivery Service has provided the principal in-home delivery for
Hitachi Canada Ltd. in the greater Toronto area for over 8 years. Braymore
Delivery Service provides excellent timely service, including completing
complicated or urgent deliveries and setting appointments between the customer
and Hitachi's warehouse. The deliveries are done professionally and there
are no damages to the product.

This morning your movers transported three large, extremely heavy, planter boxes
from our second floor balcony to our back patio. They accomplished this in a
very short time and were exceedingly professional, courteous, and very tidy,
considering the boxes had to be transported through the house in order to access
the patio.
My husband and I are most impressed with your service, and would highly
recommend your company to anyone requiring movers.
